Design of Derivative Toys based on the Analysis on Animation Works
Toy is the most profitable derivative in animation industry. It would be of great significance for the development of domestic OEM industry by researching its relation with animation subjects, as well as analyzing how to comprehensively design and develop derivative toys. After having investigated and surveyed animation works and their derivative toys, the paper has come to the factors restricting animation prototypes from transforming into toys, factors impeding the development and production of derivative toys, as well as the question of how to organically combined the two parties together. On this basis, marketing survey, customized design and comprehensive development are to be fully carried out, with the objective to change the current situation that derivative toys are difficult to be promoted or to be accepted by the market after these OEM products are manufactured, for they are lacking of compatible design planning.
