During the evolution of its 100 years history, it carries the pursuit of national art, practical ideas and the spirit of fashion. The booming wave of urban design impacts the rapid development of the landscape design of contemporary cities in China, and will certainly launch significant impact on the formation and the trend of global city landscape design in the future. During the history of urban development in China, Pingyang County, one of the main cities in Wenzhou, is located in the southern coast of Zhejiang. Companied by the plentiful development of its center area, the new planning district in eastern area also acts as the core power in leading the development of the city in the future since it serves as the sub-center of the city and undertakes comprehensive function of city-development. Therefore, Convenient Center, Cultural Center Project of Pingyang County, a new core of eastern city planning, undoubtedly will have great influence on the sustaining development of the eastern urban landscape for our province.
