GMTI Performance Analysis of STAP Based SBR
Space Time Adaptive Processing (STAP) can effectively mitigate the clutter in Space Based Radar (SBR) Ground Moving Target Indication (GMTI). This paper analyses Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and Signal-to-Interferencepulse- Noise Ratio (SINR) improvement in GMTI signal processing chain of a SBR system, describes the relationship between radar’s GMTI capability with its design parameters, working parameters and processor performance. Simulation is also processed in this paper.
