The influence factors analysis on the steering performances of liquid crystal optical phased array

摘要：

The comprehensive analysis of several typical factors affecting the steering performance of LCOPA is made in this paper, the non-uniformity of lead resistance affecting the steering performance is first proposed, and the optimization method are conducted based on analysis results.
