A CFAR Algorithm for the Non-homogeneous Clutter Background
This paper presents an improved algorithm, Zoning 2-D CFAR, for the detections in a non-homogeneous clutter background. Numerical results show that the false alarm rate is successfully controlled in the severe clutter environments.
