Research on Moving Target Detection Algorithm Based on Maximum Mutual Information

摘要：

An algorithm is presented to detect moving targets in Passive Millimeter Wave (PMMW) images with dynamic scenes. This algorithm incorporates the maximum mutual information registration method for background registration, and frame difference method for detection. Experiments’ results demonstrate its effectiveness.
