The Study on Development of Tri-type Construction Companies
Tri-type is the abbreviation to three important notions-technique-innovation type, resourceconservation type and environment-protection type. Recently, the development of tri-type construction companies has gradually attracted the attention of the construction industry when the notion of lowcarbon and energy-conservation is widely advocated both at home and abroad. This passage is intended to discuss the connotation and the features of tritype construction industry, to analyze the predicament in developing the tri-type construction companies, to elaborate the mutual reliance relationship among the construction companies, design-exploration companies, construction supervisor companies, and etc, in the development of construction industry; and to propose the development strategy and countermeasures for tri-type construction.
