The Present Situation of Chinese Affordable Housing Financing

摘要：

Construction of affordable housing is a significant project influencing the livelihood of the people, Chinese government presently sets an ambitious development goal. However, concerning the characteristic of affordable housing insufficient capital investment and limited financing channel have become the bottleneck of speeding up the affordable housing construction. This paper analyzes the status of affordable housing financing. By borrowing the international experiences in affordable housing, the paper aims to provide some suggestions for the path innovation of Chinese affordable housing financing.
