Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method Based on the Entropy in Buy-Back Price Risk Evaluation for Government under BT Pattern

Buy-back price risk for government under BT pattern is a multi—factor coupling complex system. Aiming at the complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty of buy-back price risk, this paper constructes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the entropy, and the weight is determined by the relationship between the subjective judgment and each index data. Thirteen factors are selected for in buy-back price risk quantitative evaluation for government under BT pattern. The evaluation result shows that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the entropy is feasible,and has the application value in practice,which provides a good analysis method for forecast and classification buy-back price risk for government under BT pattern.
