The Project Risk Analysis Based on BT Mode, from the Perspective of Owners and Investors

摘要：

BT project generally has the character of large construction scale, long cycle, and larger number of raise funds. Thus it always along with greater risks, such as policy risk (government credit, governments and the policys stability and continuity), financing risk (loan), financial risk (exchange rate risk), local government due Buy-back payment risk(the disposable finance of the year), and so on. This article mainly makes risk analysis from the perspective of owners and investors.
