AN ANALYSIS ON ORGANIZATIONAL MODES OF CHINESE AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY CHAINS

摘要：

During the development of Chinese Agriculture Industry Chains, there are three main forms of organizations. From perspective of the organizational design and structure, the last one is the best organizational mode in all agricultural industry chains; from the perspective of organizational operation, as a form of organization, agriculture industry chains closely relate to its development degree of stages; from the perspective of organizational evolution; the organizational form of agriculture industry chains appears transformed way from the mode of cooperation between farmers and companies/operation between specialized markets and farmers to the mode of cooperation among the companies, farmers Economic Cooperation and farmers.
