DESIGN OF MEDICAMENT ADDITION AUTO-CONTROL SYSTEM OF THICKENER

摘要：

According to the technological requirement of adding medicament to thickener, this paper has designed the medicament addition auto-control system based on the interface analysis instrument which has been designed based on the natural gamma-ray attenuation. The system has realized the automatic closed-loop control on the adding medicament in the thickener and the underflow emissions automatic control. The application of this system has saved the usage of medicament, and has effectively improved the quality of the circulating wash water, ensured high efficient operation of production of the preparation plant, and improved the automatic level of coal preparation plant.
