FOREST FIRE SPREAD DIRECTION DETECTION BY SPATIAL DATAMINING
Forest fire is a major ecological problem that results in fall of environment apart from jeopardizing human and wild lives. Detecting the fires at their early stage and reacting in a quick rate so as to prevent the spread is the only feasible and helpful decision to decrease the harm. Thus forest fires require to be detected as early as possible in order to inhibit from being spread. This paper intends to detect forest fires using spatial data structure and spatial data mining primitives. Apriori algorithm is used for classification of meteorological data.
