The MIS (Management Information System) specifically developed for Economic and Statistical Organisation. Punjab under e-governance projects for using the system effectively, preparing the compilation sheets and generate reports on time. The latest trend all over India is implementing ICT in government offices to facilitate efficiency, effectiveness and transparency in the existing system. E-Governance plays an important role in developing India. Successful e-Governance citizen centric applications are developed which impacts directly on public but some of the government offices have indirect impact on public.
