A MULTIAGENT SYSTEM MODEL WHICH SUGGESTS SOLUTIONS TO FUZZY INCIDENTS IN THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS
This article presents the model and the implementation of a multi-agent fuzzy system (MAFS) in order to search and give recommendations about how to solve fuzzy incidents. These incidents are related with imprecise users inputs that are translated to a computational form by the system and registrered in a knowledge base. An interactive and cooperative model integrated by heterogeneous software agents was developed, including humans agents and their environment. It was implemented using JADE and tested in real cases. The systems solutions were confirmed by the majority of the users. MAFS was designed, implemented and tested in the telecommunications field, but it could also be used in other domains by changing the representation knowledge base obtained by the human agents* transmission, or as result of the agents search.
