INFERENCE OF CAUSAL RELATIONSHIPS USING GLOBAL CAUSAL DISCOVERY ALGORITHMS

fMRl is used as an effective method to diagnose various disease and the relationships between various brain regions. In the field of neuro imaging, interactions among the brain regions or causal relationships are described in terms of effective connectivity. Global algorithm search in the context of large datasets and limited computational resources. The Global algorithm that achieved polynomial time execution if constraint on the variable distribution is enforced.
