DESIGN OF DUAL REDUNDANCY ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ACTUATOR CONTROL SYSTEM
In order to improve the stability and reliability of the aircrafts actuator, it is an effective way to use the redundancy technology.This paper describes a kind of dual redundancy electro-mechanical actuator control system.Both of the electric channels of control system are completely independent, which are composed of motor, control unit, drive unit, and power supply, etc.So entire electric dual redundancy is realized.The control system uses EPOS positioning controller that is a small-sized full digital smart motion controller, with two channels communicating with each other and the host PC via the Controller Area Network(CAN)bus.Besides these, this paper mainly describes the method of redundancy management and fault detection and diagnosis.
