THE DEVELOPMENT AND PERFORMANCE OF THE MICROSPHERE BASED ON CHITOSAN

摘要：

As a natural polysaccharide, chitosan (CS) has the special biological characteristics of good biodegradability, compatibility, mucoadhesive and nontoxicity.It had been widely used in drug deliveries.Therefore, orthogonal experiment is designed to successfully optimize the preparation conditions, making a foundation for the subsequent development of the controlled release of CS microsphere.
