Considering for the purchaser, to do supplier management well can ensure quality of procurement, save procurement cost and ensure the normal operation of the production We make a new design for the imperfect management status of supplier system to help resolve the problem of the procurement of goods the SF company faces and to provide a number of similar ideas in this regard through the application of the ABC classification and SRM.
