THE APPLICATION OF E1Q IN THE MANAGEMENT OF STEEL LOGISTICS CENTER

摘要：

This paper use the EIQ analysis method to understand the relationship and present situation of the key elements such as customer, items and the quantity. by analyzing the characteristics of steel logistics.It can be used to control the personnel, information, materials, and equipment according to the analysis so as to make the resources of the logistics center used more reasonable, thus the production efficiency and the business level of steel logistics center enterprise and market competitiveness will also improved.
