STEEL INDUSTRY LOGISTIC PROGRAMMING AND EMULATION BASED ON JIT

In this paper, the facility programming and the working process in steel industry is studied, the melioration and optimization of the work flow is proposed under the guidance of JIT, an emulating is made with Flexsim, and the weakness of the system is able to be set according to the analysis of the simulation, so as to improve the system.
