OPTIMAL POWER TRACKING CONTROL FOR LARGE SCALE WIND POWER GENERATION SYSTEM
The structure of large wind power generation system was constructed with Squirrel-cage induction generator (SCIG), also the aerodynamics subsystem, drive train subsystem, electromagnetic subsystem were analyzed and mathematical model of each subsystem was created.The vector control system was designed with MATLAB/Simulink platform and the torque controller, speed controller and power controller was designed, the simulation result shows this control system can realize optimal control for large scale wind power generation system (WPGS).
