THE NEW RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TARGET DETECTION AND TRACKING

摘要：

This paper describes the detailed process of digital image target detection and tracking, presents a moving object detection and tracking method of close and complex background using background subtraction, which extracts the background model can not only accurately, but also fast track the target, experiments show that the algorithm has high accuracy and real-time.
