CONSTANT TEMPERATURE REFRIGERATING CONTROL SYSTEM DESIGN OF CUTTING FLUIDS BASED ON OMRON PLC

摘要：

Through the research of cutting fluid control system and based on its control principles and control process flow, a kind of multiplex constant temperature refrigerating control system of cutting fluids is designed.The design adopts OMRON series of PLC to control the equipment, and the control methods include the establishment and program implementation method of PID closed-loop control model in PLC.It conducts constant temperature refrigerating of cutting fluids by controlling refrigerating unit through frequency converter to control the temperature of cutting fluids at the set target value, which solves the failure of real-time monitoring of cutting fluid temperature in highcondition cutting production and realizes the circulatory automation control process of cutting fluids.
