STUDY ON PHYSICAL DISPUTES AND LEGAL PROBLEMS IN PROFESSIONAL BASKETBALL GAMES

摘要：

Through analysis and study of Professional Basketball Games in our country, this essay finds out the negative factor, that is, sports disputes.This paper suggests that our executive officials should take measures to deal with such problem.The solutions should be pluralistic and the main measure should be arbitration.The aim of this paper is to provide several useful suggestions to the physical disputes in professional basketball games.
