A re-encryption security protocol based on ECC for RFID

In order to improving the security of RFID system in communication, a RFID re-encryption security protocol based on Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) is presented. It encrypts tag information when read and write the tag, which using ECC and re-encryption technology. This protocol puts the complex calculation to the back-end server, and the tag just needs a hash function for verification, thus reducing the cost of tag effectively. Theoretical analysis and experiments show that the protocol have a higher security, and can effectively protect the RFID tag data in communication.
