Design of Vehicle Controller for ISG Hybrid Electric Car Based on Fuzzy Control

Hafei SaiBao ISG hybrid electric car is taken as the research object, on the basis of analysing system configuration and operating mode, vehicle controller based on torque-sharing strategy is designed through the fuzzy algorithm design, variety of operating modes such as engine start-stop, hybrid-driven, engine independent drive and energy feedback are realized. Test results of prototype show that vehicle controller can meet the requirements of control function for ISG hybrid electric vehicle in variety of working modes.
