The Intelligent PID Control of Filature Production Line Slack-Loop System
The slack-loop system is an important part of the filature product line electrical system, which is a non-linear system with large delay. The system can be equivalent to a fourth-order system. The traditional control algorithms can not meet performance requirements. Thus, the mathematical model of slack-loop control system is built according to the characteristics and performance requirements of the system. The integral separation PID control algorithm is adopted to improve the control algorithm. The method combing traditional PID control with intelligent control is proposed in this paper, which is an effective method to solve the production problems faced by researchers. The rule base of intelligent controller is established simultaneously. The rule base, which is the key to the design of intelligence controller, is closely related to the empirical knowledge of experts and skilled workers.
