Cold Rolling Mill project in Ningxia Orient Tantalum industry co.,ltd, in order to achieve simotion servo system and pc monitoring software wince communication, using the opc service technology, simotion through its own generated standards opc file connected with the simaticnet, simaticnet as opc communication server, wince as opc client communications, finally, the system has successfully update and includes functions like date acquisition, date process, date display, alarm, report forms and equipment control. The results indicate that the new system runs precisely and steadily.
