Safety Management Assessment on Highway Tunnel Operation and Study on Preventative Decision-making Control
Based on the relevance analysis of event characteristics, system engineering, and safety assessment theory & method, this paper puts forward the management method for grading assessment of highway tunnel operation safety from the standpoint of current operation situation of Chinas highway tunnel, establishes corresponding safety assessment index system; and on this basis, presents the follow up and inspection theatrical method to the safety situation of indexes at various levels, constitutes the preventative safety operation decision-making control framework of tunnel, and provides theatrical basis for the formulation of highway tunnel preventative curing proposal and management countermeasures.
