The Finite Element Analysis of the Coach Body Frontal Crash and Structure Improvement

The crash passive safety, especially the frontal crash safety is an important aspect to reflect the safety of the automobile. According to the 90° frontal crash requirement specified in Chinas frontal crash regulation CMVDR, this research analyzes the finite element analysis of a coach body crashing into the rigid wall at the speed of 48km/h and improves the result of analysis in order to make the coach crash safety meet the requirement in the regulation.
