The design and implementation of Leaf-spring robot control system
Leaf-spring manipulator is a kind of equipment used to handling and leaf the spring. In order to make the leaf-spring manipulator realize the fast movement, accurate positioning, greatly improve the production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of the workers, the system adopts PLC centralized cont-ol mode and modularization program design, develops con rol system and control procedures, equipped with high-performance servomotor system and adopts high accuracy, good linear and induction sensitive sensors.
