A Chip Temperature-controlled Technology Based on The Integrated-Circuit CA3046

By wing a SCM as the core control system, and the IC CA3046 for the temperature-controlled chip, we design a technology to control the temperature of the transistor fast and precisely and thb is based on the PWM comparator of the analog temperature-controlled circuit. The technology integrates electrical heating system, temperature sensor and transistor for detection in one semiconductor chip, and the SCM controls the chips temperature which aims at achieving the adjustment, control, measurement and display of the transistors temperature in the chip, also making chip work at a more stable temperature
