Calculations of amounts of joint reserve of talents in human resources systems

摘要：

The calculation formulas of amounts of reserve of talents of systems in “personnel training model and in “introduction of talents model are provided in this paper. At the same time, ideas of joint reserve of talents have been proposed, and the validity has been checked through the weibull distribution. This method of joint reserve of talents in human resources systems has certain referring value in practical life.
