Research on the Control Scheme of Direct Drive Electro-hydraulic Position Servo System
A compound control scheme that is easy to realize and effective to project was put forward to control direct drive electro-hydraulic position servo system. Using differential feed forward control increases response of the system,. Using the pressure feedback improves damping ratio of the system. Using P1D control in frontal channel, the control method restrains parameter time-variance and model uncertainty. The simulation and experiment showed this compound control scheme can effectively improve the system dynamic performance, prove the amplitudephase tracking accuracy, widen the bandwidth.
