Study of thin-plate specimen fixture of high-frequency fatigue testing machine
A three dimensional finite element model has been setup to simulate the working states of thin-plate specimen fixture on the high-frequency fatigue testing machine. Effects of different connecting structure on the integral rigidity have been studied by the results of finite element analysis. A conclusion has been obtained that the connecting structure which has circle contacting face has higher integral rigidity. Effects of screw pitch on the self-locking performance and wear resistance of screw have been studied, and how hardness affects to screw fatigue life has studied also. The fixture designed by the optimized parameter has been used in the highfrequency fatigue testing machine and good effects obtained.
