Access Pricing Model of Telecommunication Interconnection
It is absent fair and reasonable access price that mainly restrict telecom interconnection of our country currently. Therefore, the key is to formulate a suitable model of access pricing. The text explains the reason of bargaining in interconnection through relative opportunities of profit and loss, establishes the model of marginal incremental revenue, analyzes how to determine reasonable access price from profits distribution and cost sharing.
