Parametric Design of Straight Spur Gears Based on Pro/E
The variety of gear: is various, and the gears structures and sizes needed in different situations are unlike, so the conventional development couldnt satisfy the marketable requirement already. According to the analysis of straight spur gears structure, parametric 3D modeling and secondary development based on Pro/e are carried through, and then realized the gears parametric 3D design. Thus, unproved design efficiency of the gear, reduced designers duplicate work and the cost.
