The Evaluation of Safety Culture in Port Enterprises Based on the Fuzzv Comprehensive Evaluation Method

With the material-oriented management to humanoriented management concept change, security culture is treated as a value, as well as a Peopleoriented new management philosophy, has become an important part of modern management science. As for the port enterprises where frequency of security incident occurred, the establishment of effective and reasonable safety culture for the port enterprises with scientific evaluation is particularly important. This paper first introduces the port safety culture, takes appropriate indicators and building the security culture framework, for this framework, then uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation which based on AHP to carry out comprehensive evaluation of the port enterprises security culture.
