A Study On College Teachers Job Stress, Job Performance and Their Relationship

摘要：

Excessive working pressure and psychological stimulate make people a great stress.it influence not only ones quality of work,life and job performance, but also can relate the whole organizations enegy and efficiency.This paper used randam quastionare found that the relationship between work pressure and job performance was negativa, got a high level. The purpus of this paper is to explore the situation of teachersjob stress and job performance,from the angle of job stress alleviate to find means of increasing job performance and then improve the compitition of universities.
