An Investigation on the Satisfaction Level of Employees in Xinjiang Fulida Fiber Limited Company
In this paper we investigated the satisfaction levels of employees in Xinjiang Fulida Fiber Limited Company through questionnaires and interviews. The results show that the gender difference has no effect on the satisfaction level of employees, but there is a significant difference among employees with different posts and job types, the main factors that influence the satisfaction level are job matching, work pay, work environment and so on.
