Kinematic Characteristics Research of the Superfine Particles in the Superfine Vibration Mill

Based on the understanding of discrete grindingmedium group dynamics model, this paper describes discrete body kinematics characters in the roller room of super-fine vibration mill. First, determines the relationship between the vibration mill frequency and filling rate; second, discusses and explores the stress distribution and Moore stress round of discrete body working in the roller; third, determines the working area in the rollers working room theoretically. Through the analysis of the SPH simulation, the result is consistent with the actual work of vibration mill basically.
