Tribological Performance of Pulse Electroplated Ni-P/BN(h) Composite Coatings
The Ni-P/BN(h) composite coatings were prepared by pulse electroplating. The friction and wear properties of the composite coatings were investigated by using friction and wear tester under dry sliding condition, the wom surfaces morphology of the composite coatings were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM).The results show that the wear rate and friction coefficient of the composite coating against 45 steel decrease with the increase of BN(h) content in plating bath, the wear mechanism is mild abrasion.
