Building the Information Management System of Defective Product Recalls

摘要：

This paper build an information management system of defective product recalls, which constitutes of customer information system, information feedback system, defect analysis system, early warning systems, traceability system, handling system and the evaluation system. The research aims to improve the agility of the company, as well as to consummate the study of information management.
