An Unconditionally Stable Radial Point Interpolation Meshless Method for Coplane Waveguide Modeling
A unconditionally stable radial point interpolation meshless numerical method using the weighted Laguerre Polynomials is introduced for coplane waveguide electromagnetic modeling in time domain. The result is an always-stable RPI meshless method which retains the advantages of both the node-based meshless method and the unconditionally stable scheme with the weighted Laguerre Polynomials. The proposed method is compared with the conventional RPI meshless method through waveguide electromagnetic modeling, and the unconditional stability, accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method are verified and confirmed.
