Evaluation of millimeter wave anisotropic permittivities of the dielectric laminate substrates using WG resonator method
The anisotropy of the relative permittivity of the dielectric laminate substrate is evaluated by using Whispering-Gallery mode dielectric resonator method. The measuring procedure is described and the measuring results are shown in this report. Furthermore the measured results for the same material with the cut-off cylindrical wave guide method are compared with those of the presented method, to show the validity of these measured results.
