Response of CPW Line to a Magnetic Dipole Placed Near the Terminals
In this paper the response of a CPW line affected by a magnetic dipole which placed near the terminals of the line is analyzed. The magnetic dipole fields, using the Sommerfeld integral, are expanded to infinite number of non-uniform plane waves. As the number of plane waves increases the magnitude of them decrease. The response of CPW line to each of nonuniform plane waves is calculated, therefore by superposition of finite number of them, the total response of dipole is extracted. Numerical result of line voltage amplitude according to two different situations of magnetic dipole is compared with full wave electromagnetic software and good agreement is achieved.
