The Study on the Biological Properties of Rhizobium Isolated from Root Nodules of Broad Bean in Panzhihua of Sichuan Province

The studies on the rhizobia isolated from root nodules of broad beans in Panzhihua will lay foundations for improving the output of broad beans in Panzhihua. This paper mainly studied the physiological-biochemical characteristics of the rhizobium and the morphology of root nodules and bacteroid.
