Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Power Plant Energy Savings and Pollutant Reductions

This paper, which is based on actual data, was used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to access energy savings and pollutant reductions of power plant. After representative primary and subsidiary fuzzy set of factors have been selected, a complete model is established. The process of modeling is analyzed and studied, as follows: selecting of factors set, layout hierarchy of index, selecting of sub function and the method of determining fuzzy set of factors. Aiming at different evaluated results from different indices, the order of energy savings and pollutant reductions effective factors is determined through collecting all assessments indices. All statistics are based upon practical data from Faer Power Plant in Gui Zhou Province, China.
