Research on Miniature Biogas Generating System

摘要：

Based on the biogas combustion characteristic, miniature gasoline generator was refitted by increasing the compression ratio, selecting or selfdesigning precipitator, desulfurization device, gas pressure stabilizer and mixer unit etc, to form a complete set of miniature biogas generator systems. This paper discussed the design of pressure stabilizer and mixer and the methods and results of testing. The experimental results indicate that: refitted miniature biogas generator can start normally and operate stably, all the performance indexes correspond with dynamo requirements, and generating power can satisfy a household daily electricity demand. The application of the system can not only solve the difficulty of peoples electricity in remote mountainous area but also provide an efficient way for relieving the shortage of goods electricity supply.
